Music Ministry

The purpose of the Music Ministry is to help provide an atmosphere of worship, by both vocal and instrumental means, to elevate our spirits into the very presence of God, individually and collectively, to receive His Word and have a closer walk with our Creator.

Music is a dynamic way of bringing praise and worship to our God and King. In Psalms 100 the Bible teaches us to "Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations."

The vision of our music ministry is to fulfill the "Great Commission" by sharing the gospel through music. Our goal is to strengthen the ministry of GSPCM by preparing our people for worship, encouraging the believer and giving hope to the lost. There is an opportunity for Everyone to participate.
